Concrete Formwork Tie System (Fasteners)
Form ties (sometimes referred to as tie bolts) connect opposite faces of wall formwork to restrain the applied concrete pressures. They transmit loads in tension between stiff vertical and/or horizontal members associated with the main formwork.
Including Formwork Tie Rod, Wing Nut, Clamp, Water Stopper, Hexagon Nut, Formwork Shuttering Clamp, etc.
If look deeply, the formwork fasteners are actually the decisive role in determining the success of the project and the quality level. This is because most construction projects in modern society need to be completed in a very short time for the purpose of saving costs. Especially for high-rise buildings, the best way to speed up the progress of the project is to complete the rectification and modification of the floor formwork setup cycle in a shorter time and quickly copy it to the next floor.
Sampmax Construction provide a full solution of the formwork tie system which as well as called fasteners for projects.
Formwork Tie Rod (formwork Thread Rold/Tension Bolt)
The wall tie rod (thread rod) is used to connect the internal and external formwork of the wall to withstand the lateral pressure of the concrete and other loads to ensure that the distance between the internal and external formwork can meet the requirements of architectural design.
At the same time, it is also the fulcrum of the formwork and its supporting structure. The arrangement of wall bolts has a great influence on the integrity, rigidity and strength of the formwork structure. This product is called formwork thread rod and formwork tension bolts.

Wing Nut for Tie Rod (Anchor Nut)
In the formwork system, wing nuts and tie rod fittings are widely used, which are fixed on the packing limit ring on the top wall of the packing. When used for metal and plastic bulk packing, it can prevent the packing from loosening and fluidization. This kind of nut can be easily tightened and loosened by hand without any tools.

Sampmax Construction can provide different types of single wing nuts, wing nuts, two anchor wing nuts, three anchor wing nuts, combined wing nuts.
Threaded Rods Formwork Water Stopper
Water-stop threaded rods are usually used to pour the shear wall of the basement, which is used as a fixed formwork and controls the thickness of the poured concrete.
This new type of water-stop threaded rod is also called a three-stage water-stop threaded rod. Its components consist of a middle-threaded rod, a water stopper, two conical nuts at both ends at both ends and a fastening nut.

Raw Materials: | Q235 Carbon Steel/Cast Iron |
Water stoper Sizes: | 40x40/50x50/60x60mm |
Diameter: | 12/14/16/18/20/25mm |
Length: | 200/250/300/350/400mm |
Silk Teeth: | 1.75/2.0mm |
This water-stop threaded rod is different from ordinary threaded rods in:
1. There is a water stop piece in the middle of the water stop screw.
2. When disassembling the mold, the ordinary wall screw is drawn out as a whole and reused. The water-stop screw is sawn off the two ends of the wall, and the middle section is left on the wall to ensure the wall's impermeability.
3. The traditional water stop screw is a one-piece structure, usually a whole full thread screw, with a water stop welded in the middle or an expansion water stop ring to prevent water from passing through the basement wall.
Hexagon Nut (Tie Rod Connector)
Nuts are used as fastening parts with bolts or threaded rods. They are widely used in the manufacturing machinery industry. Nuts are used to connect threaded rods in construction. The types are divided into carbon steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, etc.
